and serves Arlington, Washington, DC, and select areas
throughout Northern Virginia and the DMV.

Travel within the core North Arlington service area is included. Locations outside
the core area may require an additional travel fee based on distance, drive time, tolls,
parking, and scheduling requirements.

Is there a minimum booking amount?

Yes. Private mobile appointments require a $95 minimum service booking.

Appointments outside Loren’s primary service area may require an additional
travel fee or higher booking minimum depending on the location and travel time.

How much space is needed for an appointment?

A clean, accessible area with enough room for Loren to safely set up his
barber chair, lighting, equipment, and tools is recommended.

A living area, office, hotel room or similar private space generally
works well. If you are unsure whether your location is suitable,
contact Loren before your appointment.

How should I prepare before my appointment?

Please make sure the designated grooming area is clean,
accessible, and ready for setup when Loren arrives.

For the best haircut consultation, avoid wearing hats or other
items that significantly alter the way your hair naturally sits
immediately before the appointment.

If your building, hotel, office, or venue requires special parking
instructions, security access, elevator access, or check-in
procedures, please provide those details in advance.

How long does an appointment take?

Appointment times vary by service.

Signature Cut: approximately 60 minutes
Signature Cut + Beard: approximately 75 minutes
The Executive: approximately 90 minutes

Additional time may be required for setup, breakdown,
group appointments, weddings, or special-event services.

What is included in the Signature Cut?

The $95 Signature Cut is Loren’s core private barbering service and includes a personalized consultation, precision haircut, razor detailing, neckline cleanup, and professional styling.

The service is performed at your approved location, allowing you to receive
professional grooming without traveling to a barbershop.

Do you offer beard grooming?

Yes. The Signature Cut + Beard combines a precision haircut with beard sculpting,
razor detailing, a hot-towel beard treatment, and professional styling.

Do you provide facial services?

Yes. Facial grooming is incorporated into Loren’s elevated grooming experience and may
include a facial cleanse, hot towels, black facial mask, toner, moisturizer, and finishing care.

The facial component is designed as a grooming refresh, complementing the haircut
and beard service rather than replacing a full esthetic facial treatment.

I especially recommend that wording because it avoids making the barber
service sound like a medical or advanced skincare treatment.

Do you cut children's hair?

Yes. The Young Gentleman’s Cut is available for younger clients,
generally around age 10 and under, at Loren’s discretion.

Because Loren travels with a complete mobile setup, the standard $95 mobile
booking minimum still applies. Families may also book the Father + Son
service for a combined private grooming appointment.

Travel & Scheduling

Is travel included in the service price?

Travel is included within Loren’s core North Arlington service area.

Appointments outside the core area may include a travel fee based on location,
drive time, tolls, parking, and scheduling requirements. Any applicable travel charge

For farther locations, a higher minimum booking may apply.

Do you travel into Washington, DC?

Yes. Loren accepts appointments in Washington, DC and surrounding DMV areas.

Because parking, traffic, tolls, and travel time can vary significantly throughout the region,
an additional travel charge may apply depending on the appointment location.

Can you come to my hotel?

Yes. Hotel appointments are an excellent fit for Loren’s private barbering service, particularly for business travelers, wedding clients, executives, and event guests.

Clients are responsible for confirming that the hotel permits the service and for providing
any necessary room, parking, valet, or security instructions before arrival.

Can you come to my office?

Yes, provided there is a suitable private space for the appointment and the
property permits outside service providers.
